Purchasing a gato license grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable right to use the software on a single machine. The license is issued to you individually and may not be shared, gifted, or sold to another person or organization.
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or repackage gato in any form. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of gato or any component it installs. Use of gato to build or power products or services sold to third parties is not permitted under this license.
gato is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or freedom from bugs. Use it at your own discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors of gato are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
